Awards and Associations
Mr. Lunsford served on the Historic Petersburg Foundation and remodeled their offices during his time on the board.
He was selected as the Craftsman/Artisan of the year in 2017 by the Historic Petersburg Foundation for his work renovating historic properties throughout the city.
In 2014, Dino was selected as the Hopewell and Prince George Chamber of Commerce Staff Choice Award.
Dino currently sits as the Co-Chair of the Architectural Review Board of the City of Petersburg following his selection as the Tri-Cities best remodeler in 2017.
His restaurant has won many Tri-Cities Best of the Best awards as well.
Dino F. Lunsford
Owner
Dino F. Lunsford began his career at just 12 years old when he began work at TMP Construction Corporation. He quickly moved up through the ranks, working as a Laborer, Apprentice Carpenter, a Carpenter, an Estimator/Project Manager, and in just 8 years becoming the Vice President of the company.
Fast-forward to 2019, DF Lunsford Construction has led to the popular restaurant: Old Towne’s Alibi, opened in 2014, held by Lunsford Enterprises, LLC and the realty side of his business: Lunsford Holdings LLC, which manages several apartments in the newly renovated N. South Street in Petersburg, VA.
Lonnie
Master Carpenter/Superintendent
Lonnie has been in the business for over 35 years and is a true master of his craft.
He has built over 1,000 homes and has worked on additions, insurance claims, renovations, home improvement projects and repairs.
He has an extreme attention to detail and tireless work ethic.
He oversees all of our large projects and makes sure to complete them in a timely manner with customer satisfaction being his number one priority.
Jessica
Office Operations Manager
Jessica maintains office operations and customer relations. She handles advertising and marketing as well as contributing a creative eye and insight on many projects.
Regardless of the task, she simply gets it done and is fantastic in dealing with our customer base.
